We are conveniently located across from Cottonwood Park near the southeast corner of Coit and Beltline.
If coming from the south of LBJ on 75 we recommend you exit Coit before LBJ and then follow the directions to Beltline.
First Appointment: Initial Examination This appointment is for a preliminary clinical examination. Frequently, an X-ray of the teeth and associated structures will be taken. At this time, we will be able to tell you if preventive measures, treatment, or no treatment is indicated. If it is possible, an approximate fee for the treatment may be established. There is a nominal fee for this visit. If further diagnostic information is needed we will set an additional appointment.
Second Appointment: Diagnostic Records These records include molds of the teeth, facial and intra-oral photographs, and special orthodontic x-rays. This information will enable us to measure the molds, evaluate the skeletal structures and develop a customized treatment plan.
Third Appointment: Consultation In approximately one to two weeks, we will meet to review the findings, recommend treatment options, and discuss fees and payment options. (Our convenient payment plans have no associated fees.) Please feel free to present us with any questions you may have.
We understand that there may be more than one option for each patient's condition, especially for adult patients in need of multidisciplinary care. While we always desire that our patients opt for the most ideal or comprehensive plan, we are sensitive to individual circumstances and concerns. If there are multiple treatment plans to offer, we hope to educate our patients about each choice, discussing the pros and cons and what can be expected in the future.
**The above steps are just a general outline; there may be variables based on the specific types of treatment. For instance, some of the above appointments may be combined if time allows and the patient/parent is ready to move forward. As you can see, getting started requires a good foundation to help insure a great outcome!
Insurance and Financial Policies A beautiful smile and healthy bite is an investment that will last a lifetime. Cost of treatment varies for each patient and is based on severity, age, and length of treatment. Once a fee for services is established, we will offer a variety of payment options. We are sensitive to individual circumstances and attempt to work with you on a case-by-case basis. While there is a discount for payment in full at the beginning of treatment, most choose to pay an initial down payment (about 20% of the total fee), and the remaining balance is paid in monthly payments. There are no fees or interest charges associated with our payment plans. We accept cash, check, Visa, Master Card, and Discover.
While our office does not participate in insurance plans, we are happy to serve as an out-of-network provider. We file claims and accept assignment directly from your insurance company.
